  • Participated in the customer journey design of Emaily.ai, an 1 billion+ scale business leads database & platform that helps clients to send emails precisely to targeted audiences, and analyze emails with feedback.
  • Implemented the Emaily.ai’s customer journey workflow automation, including multiple frontend features implementation, like time delayed triggered email submission, which allows the customers to send email after a preset period of time.
  • Implemented multiple graph node features in the frontend. Started from graph node design, graph encoding, serialization and deserialization of data, and webhook request payload, utilizing TypeScript.
  • Released front-end features to production. Designed testing plan for quality assurance purpose.
